Most SSAT work provides ample evidence of innovation among our schools. However, some aspects of this work are more specifically designed to stimulate innovation.

Personalising Learning has rapidly developed into a major programme since early 2004, with a mixture of conferences, publications and networking activities.

Futures Vision and workforce reform are two more themes which both celebrate and promote cutting edge practice in our schools. Putting traditional assumptions under the microscope they draw on innovation from leading schools.

The ICT Register reflects the importance of the new technologies to learning, while recognising that many schools may benefit from the tailored support of ICT mature schools.

What's new

New Heads
An innovative toolkit to help schools redesign the way the National Curriculum is taught to their students has been released by the SSAT. It has been developed following extensive consultation with schools and two popular programmes of events entitled Rethinking Key Stage 3 and Curriculum Redesign.
London student voice event
For 2008-2009 we have expanded our provision of student voice training. In-depth training in specific initiatives is now available for students and staff. Highlights include courses designed specifically for NQTs and for staff working with students with special educational needs.
